Energy Minister, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh is calling for the development of Africa’s green manufacturing capabilities which in his view is one of the key strategies to fostering growth, producing decent employment opportunities and creating sustainable wealth which will ensuring that Africa is not left behind in the global green economic development.
