Member of Parliament for Jomoro Constituency, Dorcas Affo-Toffey has totally rubbished police report suggesting that Shadrach Arloo, the man who was allegedly killed by a police officer and a private guard at the West Hills Mall, died of asphyxiation and obstruction of the airway by a foreign body.
