The Minister for Works and Housing, Francis Asenso-Boakye, has directed the Ledzokuku Municipal Assembly to with immediate effect, stop ongoing construction works by some private developers on the buffer of the Kpeshie Lagoon in Teshie, a suburb of Accra.
