Presidential candidate Aspirant of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Hon. Joe Ghartey, has joined former Speaker of Parliament, Prof. Aaron Mike Oquaye, to mourn his late wife, Maj. Rtd. Alberta Adwoa Boatemaa Oquaye.
