Atik Mohammed has reprimanded Bugri Naabu, a former Northern Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), for secretly recording COP Alex Mensah and Supt. George Asare who had met him in his office to plot against the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Dr. George Akuffo Dampare.
