Presidentual Candidate for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, has dismissed assertions by the NPP flagbearer for next year’s General elections, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia that the farmer's  much touted 24hour Economic Policy cannot be rolled out without the required legislation.
