One thing interesting about the CPP today is that its intra-politics is measured accordingly by two levels of competing forces, the progressives led by Samia Yaba Nkrumah and the reactionary elements led by Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom. Samia, who hardly trumpets her biological relations with the founder of Ghana, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, has been the most formidable individual in recent past to break the pseudo-reactionary myth which holds that the CPP cannot triumph without the NPP and NDC.
