Deputy Minister of Information, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has conceded that the initial information from official quarters regarding the construction of an outhouse for the security detail at President Mills� private residence at Asanfra Street in the Platinum section of the Regimanuel Gray Estates on the Spintex Road could have been better communicated.
