The NDCs Communications Director for the Central Region, Bernard Allotey Jacobs, has slammed General Secretary of the NPP, Lawyer Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie for alleging that the NDC plans to plant �narcotic substances� in the luggage of NPP members. He describes the claims as complete balderdash.
