LONG BEFORE the National Democratic Congress (NDC) goes to congress to elect a flag bearer for the 2016 general elections, Victory Henry Asiama, Western Regional Coordinator of the Young Democrats, an NDC youth wing has said that come what may, current Vice President, John Mahama will succeed President Mills as the party�s next flag bearer.
