THE DISTRICT Chief Executives (DCEs) for Sekyere East and Sekeyre Afram Plains in the Ashanti region last Sunday allegedly sprayed cash at the birthday party of a lady activist of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) at Effiduase, capital of the Sekyere East district, DAILY GUIDE has learnt.
