Forum for Public Accountability (FOPA), a public spirited group, has dragged Dr. Louisa Hanna Bissiw, Deputy Minister for Water Resources, Works and Housing, to the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) over alleged corruption, abuse of power and office.
