Asante Kotoko Boss Konadu Remains Coy On Black Stars Link

Asante Kotoko boss Maxwell Konadu is refusing to be drawn into discussion surrounding his potential appointment as assistant Ghana coach. The ex-All Stars coach has been widely tipped to be appointed as the assistant coach of the Black Stars after guiding the Porcupine Warriors to the summit of the Ghana Premier League table. Newly appointed coach Kwesi Appiah and Konadu worked wonders to win the countrys first ever gold medal in football at the 2011 All Africa games in Maputo last year. The former international is reported to be keen to renew his working relationship with Konadu and has made overtures to lure Konadu to assist him. But coach Konadu wants to remain tight-lipped on the issue. I dont want to discuss the issue because its not crucial for me at the moment, Konadu said I want to concentrate on my job at Kotoko. Were determined to win the league and thats where my focus lies. Let leave that issue out since I believe the due process will be followed,
