Cast Your Burdens Unto PPP - Nduom

Doctor Paa Kwesi Nduom, founder and presidential candidate for the Progressive Peoples Party (PPP), has asked Ghanaians to cast their economic and national burdens and worries on the party since the PPP has what it takes to put the country in the fastest and positive economic gear. Addressing a sizeable number of fisher folks at the Tema Newtown landing beach site recently, Mr Nduom said, The challenge awaiting us as a country is very great and it is for this reason that I request you to try the PPP by casting all your burdens onto it. Donning the partys white colours with a red sun embroidered on the shirt, Papa Kwesi Nduom said electorates cast votes to seek for better standard of living from their leaders. He noted that the electorate has the choice and power to change their leaders if they realise that their standards of living have not improved after the leaders have served their term. Paa Kwesi Nduom said the PPP is endowed with the brainiest and well-experienced people who have what it takes to pragmatically address the countrys pressing economic problems. Promising Ghanaians jobs, good infrastructure, potable water supply and massive economic development, Paa Nduom asked, What have you benefitted from all the votes you have cast over the years? Votes are not cast for nothing, so if you have not benefitted anything from your votes, it means that you spoilt your ballots. If you are thinking about spoiling your votes in this years elections, then think of voting the PPP for hope and assurance. Touching on the challenges facing the fishing communities, the PPP flag bearer questioned why the 2008 campaign promises made to the fisher folks have not been fulfilled. I hail from Edina and I am a fishermans son. In 2008 some persons promised that they would ban pair trawling; that outboard motors would be sold at reduced prices and that irregularities in the supply of pre-mix fuel would be tackled head-on, what do you observe and what have you benefitted from them? he enquired. Asking the gathering if there was a leader in the country to check happenings, Paa Kwasi Nduom said the PPP, with its knowledgeable and experienced members, has what it takes to solve the problems and challenges facing the country and its citizens. He said the party would not involve itself in political attacks and other vitriolic conducts, explaining that its members are decent and would not meddle in such acts. Calling on the gathering to disseminate the good news the PPP brings, Paa Kwesi Nduom requested, Give us your power and you will be witnesses the accelerated national growth the PPP will bring into your lives. Do not spoil your ballots by voting for a different political party apart from the PPP.
