A former General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Bede Ziedeng has revealed that the former President Jerry John Rawlings was not invited to the NDC, DFP reunion seal. According to him, the founder of the NDC was not present at the reunion because he was not invited. The leadership of the Democratic Freedom Party (DFP) and the ruling NDC on Tuesday, May 23 concluded the much-anticipated merger of the two parties which was announced sometime last year. Mr. Bede Zieden told Okay FM's Ade Akye Abia morning show in an interview that the two party's reunion will further strengthen the NDC and make the party more attractive to electorates.
