The body of a military man believed to be a National Security operative has been discovered in the Kpeshi Lagoon on the Labadi-Teshie road. The deceased (name withheld), identified only as a Warrant Officer (WO) in the Ghana Army, was found dead in his Toyota Landcruiser 2002 model in the lagoon by some commuters. XYZ News� Kofi Boadi who chanced on the incident reports that the Police suspect that the driver might have lost control of the vehicle while over-speeding at dawn. The police have however not ruled out foul play pending a conclusive investigation into the matter.
