EMMANUEL ADEBAYOR has completed his 5million move from Manchester City to Tottenham. The striker had been in negotiations with Spurs all summer after impressing on loan last season. And today he finally thrashed out personal terms before declaring on Twitter: "I'm back! Tottenham here I come! I'm hungry for goals get ready." Spurs had been desperate to secure the services of Adebayor on a permanent basis after he scored 18 goals on loan at White Hart Lane last term. But the 28-year-old has now agreed to a significant pay cut to seal his move from City, who he joined in a 25m deal from Arsenal in 2009. Adebayor said: "I am pleased to be signing for Spurs on a permanent basis after finally agreeing my departure with Manchester City. It may have taken longer than expected but I am delighted to be back at Tottenham. "I really enjoyed my time here last season and I am hoping we can achieve great things together again."
