Government is to eradicate the current bottlenecks that impede the Polytechnics from offering their own degree programmes. It will also facilitate the process where Polytechnics will run their own top-up programmes. The Minister of Education, Ambassador Lee Ocran, said this in a message to the 11th Congregation of Accra Polytechnic. Mr Ocran noted that government will continue to supplement efforts being made by the Polytechnics through projects under the GETFund and other sources.
