The Director of Communications of the NPP in Greater Accra Region, Michael Ampong has stated that the rate at which AGAMS Group of Company is into everything is strange, saying that the fact that one person�s businesses are attracting government support in eventually anything he does gives course for people to raise suspicions. He stressed that for the past three years, the NDC government has chased the $3 billion Chinese loan for multiple projects in the country but to no avail, adding that the idea that a private company with the help of the government is going to raise $10 billion for the Hope City Project, to him is a scam. Speaking on Okay FM, he said in the absence of money in the country, government has raised Ghc47 million to start Guinea Fowl and tree planting projects of which AGAMS Group of Companies is involved. According to him the government is supporting every activity which involves Roland Agambire whereas to him there are other equally competent Ghanaian entrepreneurs who wish to have government assistance in their businesses. He further said that people can attest to the fact that Apostle Kwadwo Safo is one of the many Ghanaians who has business initiatives in the country but the government has not look in that direction for possible assistance. He however inquired; �what is the benefit of the President that he has developed interest in any of the businesses of the AGAMS Group of Companies�.
