Managing Editor of Gye Nyame Concord newspaper, Alfred Ogbamey has taken a jab at former Supreme Court Judge, Justice Francis Kpegah, over his suit at the Fast Track Court accusing Nana Akufo-Addo of impersonation, describing him as a nuisance. He was speaking in reference to Justice Kpegah�s absence in court during the first hearing of the writ he filed. Contributing to a panel discussion on Thursday�s edition of "Kokrokoo" with host Kwami Sefa-Kayi, Alfred alluded that Justice Kpegah just wants to disturb the NPP and Nana Akufo-Addo, adding; �he is just being a nuisance�. �If you listen to him, he is just enjoying being a nuisance; he is enjoying being a nuisance to the NPP and Nana Addo�he is saying, I have confused them. He has retired and sitting in the house doing nothing so he has time to bother people,� he stated. He however said Justice Kpegah�s actions has some positive lessons because he know �you will not change your name without going through certain process� According to him, the fact that Nana Addo replaced his Christian name; William with Nana, Justice Kpegah who is aware of that is intentionally disturbing him because probably he didn�t go through the right process in changing it. He indicated that there are legal procedures to be followed when one wants to change his /her name and Justice Kpegah�s case underscores the danger in neglecting such processes. Ogbamey maintained that it is not incumbent on Justice Kpegah to produce the said W.A.D Akufo-Addo who Nana Akufo-Addo is alleged to be impersonating, adding that he needs to do is show that there was no legal name change from William Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo to Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo. �There is a slight name change. Nana Addo�s name is William Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo, he was given that name at birth, schooled under that name, qualified as a lawyer under that name. As time went on he replaced the Christian name with Nana. Unfortunately, in filing for his presidential candidature, he didn�t use William, he used Nana and so there is a slight difference. I have the feeling Justice Kpegah is aware that Nana Akufo-Addo is the same as William; he knows what he is doing. He is just irritating him. He is acting as a nuisance and he is enjoying it. He is of a nuisance value�� he indicated.
