Kofi Wayo Wanted Ghanaians To Fight After The Elections So He Could Import Arms

A member of the NPP's Communications Team claims it was the desired wish of Kofi Wayo, leader of the defunct United Renaissance Party, that Ghanaians will take up arms and battle against each other so he could use the opportunity to import ammunitions into the country. Mr. Hopeson Adorye was speaking to the latest comment by Kofi Wayo that the petition filed by Nana Akufo-Addo, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey at the Supreme Court is simply a stupid petition which should be thrown out. In an interview with Peacefmonline.com, Mr. Adorye alleged that during the tenure of President Kufour, Mr. Wayo made continuous attempt to convince Mr Kufuor so that he could be given the license to import logistics for the military. When the request was turned down, Mr. Wayo according to Mr. Adorye, haboured hatred in his heart for the New Patriotic Party and has since never said any good thing about the party. He urged Ghanaians not to attach seriousness to words that fall out of Mr. Wayo's mouth; adding that when men were tirelessly waking up each and every day to provide for their family, Mr. Wayo had stationed himself at Golden Tulip and only smokes from morning to evening. He added that the influence of the substance he smokes made him crave for attention thus leading to him spewing unimaginable stupid things which defy the essence of logic.
