BBA-The Chase: Ghana's Selly Survives Eviction As Ugandan & Kenyan Are Sent Packing + How Africa Voted

Ghanaian female housemate in the Ruby house Selly who was up for eviction in the first week of the Big Brother Africa-The Chase has survived the first eviction show. Selly who is new Head of House in the Ruby house is safe for now but two housemates Denzel from Uganda and Kenyan housemate Huddah have received the first boot from the BBA house. Tension were high, anxiety mounted and all housemates including those who were not up for eviction had nervousness all over them as they counted down to the first live eviction show in the Big Brother Africa the-The Chase. About an hour or more to eviction, both the Diamond and Ruby housemates were already dress up and seated waiting to hear IK�s voice. They had conversations in groups and all five housemates up for eviction; Denzel,Betty, Huddah, Selly and Natasha spoke as though it was their last day in the house. There was host IK�s voice to set off the action packed eviction show. He introduced Ugandan group Radio & Weasel, as the first act to set the ball rolling. The duo brought down the root with their danceable tunes. The recap of activities in both houses over the past week, started with �Airtel showdown� which saw two housemates from both houses swapped. Denzel and Neyll was move into the Ruby House and from Ruby House �Head of House� of the winning Diamond house Feza elected Hakeem and Melvin to move in with the Diamonds. The Saturday night party with Kenya�s Dj Hypnotiq and South African DJ Jawz brought the houses down last night in the first Ruby and Diamond House Parties. Head of house of the Diamond house Feza revealed that she swapped Elikem from Ghana and replaced him with Betty to be up for eviction after which HoH of the Ruby house Beverly also revealed who she replaced for eviction. A recap of the nomination session was shown where most of the housemates couldn't remember the names of their fellow housemates. The first housemate to be evicted from the BBA-The chase was Ugandan housemate troublesome Denzel. Spotting yellow pants, a striped shirt and a black jacket had a short chit chat with IK on the eviction stage. When IK addressed him as a �Crazy� guy Denzel said �Am a little bit different from anybody else�. Denzel had the privileged of watching who put him up for eviction during the Monday nomination session saying he was surprised Angolan housemate Neyll nominated him. Ugandan group Radio & Weasel was invited back on stage to continue the party they started in the beginning of the show. Denzel who is from Uganda was seen dancing to his home music during their performance. IK went back into both houses to announce the second evictee from the house and it was Huddah from Kenya who was announced as the second evictee and she joined Denzel on stage. The love affair between Ethiopian housemate Betty and Bolt from Sierra Leone was shown. �I am happy I have experienced the Big Brother and I thank Africa for voting for me�. Asked why she seems a bit reserved Huddah said a lot of people do not know her story and she was now warming herself up into the game. After watching who put her up for eviction she insisted that she has not regretted any moment or action in the BBA house. Denzel chose arrow number four and it went to Nando from Tanzani and Huddah chose arrow number one and it went to Dillish from Namibia. Ghana�s Selly is new Head of House in the Ruby house and she will swap someone on Monday evening after nomination session in the morning, so would Diamonds Head of House. Both houses will go through nominations on Monday morning.
