Mahatma Otoo To Get Two Bedroom House As Ghana League's Best Player

Hearts striker Mahatma Otoo is in line to receive a two bedroom house as the Premier Leagues Most Valuable Player. The 21-year-old is widely tipped to be named Best Player for the just ended Premier League season which saw him also grab the Goal King award. Otoo thus is in line to become the first recipient of the two bedroom prize an initiative of the Ghana FA supported by a sponsorship deal with real estate firm Blue Rose. The location of the two bed room house which is valued close to GH 70,000 (US$ 34,000) will be announced at the post season Premier League awards. The Hearts of Oak captain is the clear front runner for the prize following his stellar performance this season with the Phobians. The yet-to-be-capped Ghana international scored 20 goals almost half of the total goals scored by Hearts the highest number of goals this season. Otoos collective efforts aided by his goals were vital to Hearts second-round surge after the appointment of coach David Duncan following a poor start to the season. The Phobians rallied from a relegation place to finish the season in 5th just a point off a top four place.
