That Voice Purported To Be Mine May Have Been Doctored - Sir John

Despite the fact he was present in court on Monday when Justice William Atuguba, president of the nine-member panel of judges specifically mentioned his name with regards to utterances he had made on the election petition trial, and later published by the Enquirer Newspaper, Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, popularly known as Sir John claims he heard nothing of the sought. According to the General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), he did not hear his name being mentioned in the Supreme Court with respect to the issue and expressed surprise at questions in that regard. The comments are said to have followed the incarceration of the editor of the Daily Searchlight newspaper, Mr Ken Kuranchie and Mr Stephen Atubiga, a member of the NDC communication team. Justice Atuguba stressed that, the general public should desist from causing us the pain from summoning other people hereSubsequent to the actions we took, we proceeded with moderation, raised the temperature a bit and yet more terrible things have come. We refuse to let those that are not too grave to suffer otherwise many people will suffer. He said the Supreme Court has called for the said tape in order for them to deal accordingly with the matter, adding that, this person talking about cutting of the head, we will also advise ourselves accordingly. However, speaking on Asempa FM, Sir John is of the view that he would wait for the Supreme Court listen to the tape and come to a conclusion before making any comments on the issue. Though he stopped short of making any submission on the issue, he hinted that his voice could have been doctored. in this day and age, when you hear some of these things you take it with a pinch of salt because of the level of technological advancement.this same thing happened when Kofi Ghana (Maxwell Kofi Jumah's) voice in a conversation with Ken Agyapong was altered by Radio Gold he explained.
