Ebenezer Assifuah has paid a courtesy call on the Western Regional House of Chiefs to present the Golden Boot award he claimed at the just ended FIFA U-20 World Cup in Turkey, to the house.
Assifuah, a native of New Takoradi, scored six times to emerge top scorer of the tournament which Ghana ended as bronze medalist.
Awulae Attibrukusu III, former President of the house, receiving the Liberty Professionals player, congratulated Assifuah for his achievement and urged him to strive for more laurels for himself and the country.
The President of the House, Osagyefo Kwamina Enimil VI, presented a cheque for 1,000.00 cedis, plus some drinks to the striker.
