Marseille To Sell Dede Ayew At Right Price

Olympique Marseille have given the green light to Andre Ayew to seek a move away from the side for the right price. The 23-year-old has two years left on his current contract and the club is willing to sell the winger for a reported 15 million. Premier League side Liverpool have emerged the favourites to sign the winger in recent weeks with manager Brendan Rodgers being his admirer. But the Reds are yet to make an official bid for the Ghanaian international. The son of Ghana legend Abedi Pele would prefer playing for a side in the Champions League so the protracted move to Liverpool could fail to progress. AC Milan were previously linked with the winger and could be back for the talented player. "Ayew has informed me of his intentions. If an offer from a big club comes in and we like it, I will look at it," Marseille president Vincent Labrune said. Ayew made 35 appearances for the Ligue One side last season, scoring nine goals. He was pivotal in Marseille finishing second in the French Ligue 1 behind rivals Paris Saint-Germain.
