Hearts of Oak have given up on Ivorian striker Ahmed Toure, GHANA Sports understands.
The Phobians held discussions with the 25-year-old over a proposed move but the former Kotoko star's demands have put off Hearts.
Toure's representatives want Hearts officials to travel to Ivory Coast to hold talks about the move.
But Hearts have objected to the proposal and want the Ivorian in Ghana before the end of the week.
Hearts might also fail to secure his work permit and ITC before the end of the Ghanaian window his has only five days left.
