All three occupants of a Toyota Corolla Saloon car lost their lives when their vehicle crashed into an articulated truck along the Ghana National College stretch of the Cape Coast- Yamoransa Highway.
The three deceased including two men, Mr Stephen Anokye, Regional Director of the Ghana Road Safety Commission, one Joseph Mensah, an official of the MTN in Cape Coast, and a lady, were trying to overtake the truck, but the trailer of the truck run over the car killing all of them instantly.
Their bodies have been deposited at the Central Regional Hospital morgue whilst the driver of the articulated truck who escaped unhurt is helping the police in its investigations.
