The Executive Chairman of the Zoomlion Group of Companies Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong has highlighted the need to capitalize on ideas in order to create wealth. He explained that wealth creation does not automatically begin with capital but a vision and a desire to achieve that vision. He said it is imperative to explore and investigate issues, research and take chances irrespective of the risk involved in order to succeed. Dr. Agyepong advised the youth not to engage in unhealthy competition with others in order not to waste resources. He stated that there is the need to consult in order to harness individual potentials. Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong who is also an Elder of the Church of Pentecost was speaking at the Bezalel Conference organized by the Men�s Ministry of the Church. Addressing delegates at the conference Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong noted that it is important to identify available resources and potentials to ensure success in the establishment of businesses. He described Ghana as a liberal country and advised delegates to venture into entrepreneurship taking advantage of modern trends. Dr. Agyepong also entreated the delegates to seek divine direction from God in every field of endeavour in order to ensure success. He explained that God works in mysterious ways and therefore all persons should trust in him for ultimate success.
