Ghana midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang Badu is expected to sign a two-year contract extension for Serie A side Udinese.
The new deal if firmed up on Thursday will keep the combative midfielder at the Stadio Friuli until June 2018.
His previous deal was set to expire in the summer of 2016.
Badu joined Les Zebrettes in January 2010 after featuring at the Africa Cup of Nations in Angola.
The Ghana international has been a key player for Udinese and scored one goal in 50 Serie A appearances.
