Mr Mohammed Ahmed Alhassan, Inspector General of Police and four others are to appear before the Judgement Commission on Wednesday September 25th 2013.
The others are representatives from the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning and Ministry of Food and Agriculture, Attorney General/Solicitor General and Mr J.K Imbeach of Tedeum Enterprises, based in Tema, in the Greater Accra Region.
A statement signed by Mr George William Dove, Public Relations Officer of the Commission and copied to the Ghana News Agency in Accra said, those to appear had been informed that they were at a liberty to appear with lawyers.
It said members of the public who wished to testify or volunteer information were first to report at the Commission�s office to give their statement.
�All those who intend to testify or volunteer information to the Commission but are unable to be present in person are requested to submit memoranda to the Commission and all such memoranda will be treated confidentially,� the statement said.
