Information reaching DAILY GUIDE indicates that a 17-year-old boy was killed yesterday under a bizarre circumstance following a confrontation he had with another person over GH�1.
The deceased, known as Musa, a resident of Mankoadze in Takoradi was said to have confronted the accused, one Teye Mensah who owed him (Musa) GH�1 to give him his money.
Teye who was not happy with Musa�s approach allegedly knocked him down and was rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced dead in the early hours of Sunday.
The accused who is believed to be in his early 20s is now in the grip of the Takoradi Central Police.
When DAILY GUIDE called the Takoradi Crime Officer, Mr Awinaba, he confirmed the story, but said he was yet to get the details of the story.
He was optimistic that the details would be ready today.
