Parts of the Grace Methodist Church at Sakaman near Dansoman have collapsed. A similar incident happened at the church two months ago when a portion of the building which is currently under construction, collapsed. Speaking to Citi News, the Resident Minister of the church Ebenezer Grantson said officials of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) had visited the church and had promised to return to carry out a soil and structural test to know the cause of the incident. �As a law abiding church, we are waiting for the AMA and the structural engineers to advise us on the next line of action,� Mr Grantson said. Meanwhile, the Dansoman Divisional Crime Officer (DSP) Godfred Ferdinand Amengo observed that there were no casualties recorded. He however advised the church to withhold its activities in the building until the assessment is done.
