Challenge 5: Premiers This Sunday 13th October

Ghana�s first and only educational reality TV show -THE CHALLENGE is back for a record 5th season and premiers this Sunday, 13th October, 2013 at 6pm on TV3 and at 8pm on GHOne entertainment TV. Redesigned and laden with drama, intrigue and the very best of entertainment, Challenge 5 will definitely draw the nerds out of their shells taking them on journey of. The series will feature crossover episodes connecting with life�s basic daily encounters without losing its ideal educational, informative and challenging form. Bright, young and ambitious Ghanaian university graduates that will take up this seasons challenge will encounter the best of extreme emotions; elation and despair. Elation from the many task reward adventures that the producers and their partners have laid out to reward successful candidates and of course the despair that comes with eviction. Headline sponsored by telecoms giant, TIGO, the show has seen over 10 Ghanaian University graduates take up various courses at the University of Westminster, Thames Valley and London Metropolitan all in London, as well as the Robert Gordon University in the oil hub of Europe, Aberdeen, Scotland. This Season, which happens to be the fifth and coinciding with the 70th anniversary of the British Council, is set to be the biggest with over 100,000 pounds in scholarships from 3 of the very best universities in the UK; Northampton University, University of Salford in Manchester and the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland. The final 15 candidates that will be selected for the competition each gets a laptop from IPMC, loaded with Data from TIGO, Mobile phones from TIGO, tons of souvenirs from other sponsors and for the very first time, a whopping 5000 pounds cash to be invested with Beige Capital for the overall winner. It was no wonder therefore when hundreds of bright and ambitious university graduates turned up for a shot at what has now come be fully accepted as Ghana�s biggest and most relevant prize on TV.
