When it was announced that Mikki Osei-Berko, popularly known as Master Richard, would feature in the Yello Caf television series which started running last August, many viewers have been waiting for that day. After the long wait, Master Richard will make his debut appearance in the series on Saturday, October 19 in the role of Dada Cash. Produced by Farmhouse and directed by Ivan Quashigah, the setting in the series is an Internet caf that also serves as a centre for typesetting, photocopying and small-scale printing. The outfit deals daily with all sorts of clients who either come in for secretarial services, a cup of coffee, use of the Internet or to buy MTN credit or a mobile phone. The various operations have so far been co-ordinated by Papa Kofi (Emmanuel Abankwa) but how would things change with the arrival of his elder brother, Dada Cash (Mikki Osei-Berko)? Each episode poses a challenge to the characters but then, issues are eventually resolved by the end of an episode. The setting was established as a mini-world that revolves on matters many viewers can easily identify with. The series show on GTV and Afro Star TV at 6:30 pm concurrently every Saturday.
