FIFA Assures Ghana: We�re Keeping An Eye On Egypt Crisis
Sepp Blatter has served notice that the world�s football governing body is seriously watching the situation in Cairo before the second leg play-off with Ghana.
Fifa president Sepp Blatter has assured that the world�s football governing body is monitoring the political situation in Egypt ahead of the 2014 World Cup play-off with Ghana in Cairo.
Ghana have requested for a meeting with Fifa over the crisis in trouble spot Cairo, which will host the return leg on November 19.
Speaking on the situation, Blatter said: "We should be very careful because they [Ghana] fear something should (might) happen."
�We are looking at this matter, there have been matches played in Egypt, international club matches, but we must be careful.�
The Black Stars humiliated the Pharaohs 6-1 in the first-leg play-off in Kumasi on October 15.
