The Minister of Finance, Seth Terkper, has called on elders of the Presbyterian Church to arm the youth with spiritual materials that will enable them to be successful in their endeavours.
He acknowledged that the world is full of challenges, but is hopeful that the moral values vested in them will direct them to face those challenges.
Mr Terkper was speaking at the climax of the 20th Anniversary of the Victory Presbyterian Church Fafraha in Accra.
