Chris Kpodo For Judgement Debt Commission

Mr Chris Kpodo, former Acting High Commissioner in Britain, is to appear before the Judgement Debt Commission on Wednesday December 4, to assist the Commission in its work. A statement signed by Mr George William Dove, Public Relations Officer of the Commission and copied to the Ghana News Agency on Tuesday said others who would also be making appearance were Seth Mensah Dumoga and the Volta River Authority. However, they are also informed that they are at liberty to appear with their lawyers and also the Commission wishes to remind the general public that Public sittings would be held at 1000 hours each day. Members of the public who wish to testify or volunteer information are first to report at the Commissions office to give their statements. The Commission will then schedule a date for them to give evidence, it said. The statement said all those who intend to testify or volunteer information to the Commission but were unable to be present in person were to submit memoranda to the Commission, adding that all such memoranda would be treated confidentially. The Commission of Inquiry was established by President John Mahama to inquire into Judgement Debts Payments and other related matters.
