As part of its contribution towards improvement of educational standards in the county, a Ghanaian Christian Organisation, Grace Community Outreach, has donated a container full of books worth GH� 480,000.00 to the lower Pra Rural Bank at Shama in the Shama District of the Western Region for distribution to community libraries.
A board member of the organisation, Pastor Stephen Kwasi Fosu, who made the presentation, said the gesture was informed by the fact that reading and acquisition of knowledge are critical for a discerning society.
