A former New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer aspirant, Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanten has opined that Ghanaians are anxiously waiting for the return of an NPP administration in 2016. He recalled that the eight years administration of former President John Kufuor is evident enough of what an NPP administration can do when given the mandate to govern again. In an interview with Citi News, Mr. Kyeremanten who has declared his intension to contest the Presidential slot of the party says Ghanaians are fed up with the current National Democratic Congress (NDC) government. He stated that Ghanaians are eager for �constructive and forward looking leadership� from the NPP. Mr. Kyeremanten however clarified that although he is interested in contesting the flagbearership slot of the NPP, it does not matter who leads the party in 2016 but �how we work together as a unified party to come back into power in 2016.�
