Government has given Universities exemption to freely clear tablets and other electronic gadgets mainly for e-learning. Already the University of Education-Winneba has cleared more than ten thousand of such tablets for the first batch of students studying under the hybrid system, where teaching is done online. The Coordinator-Institute for Educational Development and Extension University of Education-Winneba, Dr Mrs Sally Essuman, disclosed this to Radio Ghana�s correspondents at the 65th New Year School and Conference at the University of Ghana. She said the University is determined to provide quality distance and online learning comparable to any kind across the globe.
