The Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, Alhaji Inusah Fuseini has asked potential Land buyers to look for the title of lands before buying. This he noted will minimise multiple sale of lands to innocent individuals. Alhaji Fuseini also cautioned the Public to be careful when dealing with people who call themselves estate developers and sell lands to individuals. For his part, a Lawyer at the Faculty of Law, University of Ghana, Kwame Djan emphasised the need to have proper demarcation of Lands among the various stool lands. This according to him will reduce to the barest minimum the challenges facing land litigation. Mr Djan called on the courts to expedite cases that involve land litigation.
