Kakra Essamuah: As We Mourn Komla Dumor�Lets Take A Second Look At Our Health

To keep the body in good health is a duty, otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear. When you are young and healthy, it never occurs to you that in a single second your whole life could change. According to a communication team member of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kakra Essamuah, his personal goals are to be happy, healthy and to be surrounded by loved ones. Kakra Essamuah who was speaking on Asempa FM advised that, in spite of the grief and misery that have befallen Ghanaians, Africa and the World at large, health issues must be significant in this time of mourning. �As we mourn Komla Dumor, let�s be very cautious about our health. That is very important. It is very sad to lose such a vibrant outstanding person�very inspiring and influential not only in Ghana but Africa and the world,� he said. Komla Dumor died suddenly at his home in London at the age of 41. The cause of his death according sources was due to a Cardiac arrest. Until his untimely death, Komla Dumor was a presenter for BBC World News and fully in charge of BBC Focus on Africa programme. He is Ghana�s best known journalists and took over the airwaves for a decade before he joined the BBC as a radio broadcaster in 2007.
