Komla Dumor Demise: No One Week Celebration-Family

Professor Ernest Dumor and the entire family of our beloved Komla wish to express their sincere gratitude for the continuing support, prayers and love streaming in to them during this difficult time. The outpouring of sympathy from Ghanaians, Africans and people from all over the world has been truly touching. It is clear that Komla was loved by millions and we thank God for his life. The family is far advanced with arrangements for the body of Komla to be brought home. As the funeral rites will be conducted in accordance with the Roman Catholic liturgy, consultations are also taking place with the church. The family also announces that no event in connection with the funeral is scheduled by the family for Saturday, 25th January 2014. The family expects to provide further information to the public early next week. Meanwhile, additional Books of Condolence have been opened at the following locations across the country; Love FM in Kumasi, Radio Max in Takoradi, Volta Premier Radio in Ho, Radio Justice in Tamale and ATL FM in Cape Coast.
