The man who was accused in a US tabloid of having a secret gay relationship with Philip Seymour Hoffman is reportedly taking legal action. David Bar Katz, a playwright, allegedly filed a lawsuit yesterday (February 5) after learning that the National Enquirer had published a false story on their relationship.
