The National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Volta Region on Tuesday declared a week of mourning for Madam Agnes Tiah, Deputy Volta Regional Women�s Organizer and Hajia Adisa, Greater-Accra Regional Deputy Women�s Organizer, who died in a road accident at the weekend. A statement signed by Mr Simon Amegashie-Viglo, Volta Regional Secretary of the Party, said a book of condolence has been opened at the Regional Party Office in their remembrance. It said an �emergency functional executive committee meeting� would be held on Wednesday, April 30, to discuss a week�s celebration for the two deputy women organizers. Madam Tia and Hajia Adisa, were returning from a funeral at Techiman in the Brong-Ahafo Region on Saturday July 26 when they perished in an accident.
