Government Agencies owe the ECG one point two billion Ghana Cedis. The Minister of Energy and Petroleum, Emmanuel Armah Kofi Buah in an interview on a private TV station said Ghana Gas will start flowing latest by September as government intends to add 400 megawatts of electricity to the national grid by the end of this year. He said another 500 megawatts will be added by next year with an additional thousand megawatts in two years.
