In recounting the cases, he used the opportunity to warn miscreants within the police service to be wary since they would not be spared when caught. On that note, he recounted a story of a policeman who was caught in a robbery incident on May 23. In that case, he stated that the policeman and two other men hired a KIA Spectra taxi with registration number GZ 5715-13 from the Radio Gold area through Laterbiokoshie to the Industrial Area/Awudome. According to him, the three men directed the course of the taxi towards a dead-end route behind TV Africa. On reaching the dead-end, the three men ordered the driver to alight at gun point and made away with GH₵2,170. Unfortunately, when they tried fleeing, a wallet fell from the pocket of one of them. The wallet later identified Lance Corporal Daniel Mensah as one of the suspects.
