Security Analyst Dr. Kwasi Aning is warning that more chieftaincy conflicts that may erupt into murders if they are not properly resolved. �Bimbilla will not be the last and Bimbilla will not be the least violent related chieftaincy conflict precisely because of the way as a nation we have an ostrich mentality, willing to sweep things under the car thinking that they are isolated incidents but not looking at the interconnection of these incidents,� Dr. Aning explained. According to him, Ghanaians� hypocritical attitude could worsen chieftaincy conflicts in the country. Dr Annin noted that Ghanaians had accepted the use of violence as a legitimate conduit to attaining power. The Chief of Bimbilla, Naa Dasana Abdulai Andani II and five others were murdered in a sporadic attack that hit the town last Thursday. Ten suspects have been arrested in connection with the murder of the Bimbilla chief. The suspects are assisting the Police in their investigations. Meanwhile the Interior Ministry reviewed the curfew hours in the area after the incident occurred.
