Hygiene promotes good health and as part measures to sustain this practice in Ghana, an operation has been launched to supply hygienic solution packages. Zenith Hygiene Systems (Ghana) Ltd., a subsidiary of the Zenith Hygiene Group Plc in the UK, yesterday, launched the event to contribute their quota towards promoting good health in the country. Speaking at the launch, Chairman of Zenith Hygiene Systems (Ghana), Mr. Kojo Hastings explained that the inauguration comes at a time when people have become conscious about hygiene. He further added that event also marked the wake of a technological revolution in hygiene products and its usage in Ghana. Mr. Hastings expressed his glee of bringing the best and trending standards of hygienic products to Ghanaians. Although there are many chemicals and cleaning equipment companies in the country, Zenith Hygiene Systems plans to present more, having developed a progressive means of meeting everyday cleaning and janitorial needs. The company, which is regarded as the largest privately owned independent chemical company in the UK and also revered in Europe for their tailor-made hygiene solutions, enters Ghana with over 700 top-notch vary chemical products. The Group Chairman, Lord Stanley Fink was also present at the event and had few words to share. He started by announcing how delighted he was to be in Ghana. He explained that it is the major aim of the Conservative Party in the UK to improve the quality of life for everyone and this forms part of the reason they chose Ghana, as a destination point to launch their products. Lord Fink looked forward to see this partnership grow beyond Ghana and added that the UK and Ghana have had a great deal of business partnership spanning over a couple of centuries. Also present was the UK High Commissioner to Ghana, His Excellency Jon Benjamin. He was positive the event will carve in stone, the biggest chemical hygiene partnership between the UK and Ghana. He revealed that aside this partnership, Ghana and Britain through the British Council, have been working together to promote good education, leadership and management skills and climate change.
